I also have a policy with these people, through USDA, and I have not been treated right by them. This last time I filed a claim, I was told that I was being sent 7, thousand and change, on February 2023. The check has just arrived on Saturday 8/2024. While I thank God they have sent something, it's not all there as stated in my letter, it's just 5, thousand and change. God is watching 👁️, and he's holding them accountable for all of the bad deeds 😔. I wish, and I pray that all insurance companies, would send workers, to fix, everything that is filed, and they will know that it's done right 👍.Good day 😊.

I've been with Proctor Insurance for around 30 years now. They've treated me well, they've been quick on claims, they're also flexible and their coverage & prices are good. I have coverage through them for my home, truck, and camper. Lastly, my girlfriend and my daughter also pay for their coverage. Overall a good personable mom and pop company that won't rip you off.

Have home insurance with those place through USDA. Roof started leaking after a bad storm we got and leaked into our ceiling which caved in. 24 days after adjuster came and took pics and sent to them. We get a letter saying nothing is covered... Says it was "Normal wear and year"? Ok if I have auto insurance and a storm comes and blows my window out.. Guess what... Insurance covers it.....don't waste your time with this place. Just a place that has a license but are not worth a hill of beans. If I could have given no stars I would have. Wasted space...crooks!!

This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. I would not recommend this company. They do not return your phone calls and ignore customers. They take your money and do nothing. The insurance companies they deal with is even worse and do not provide good customer service.

Had home owners with them very unethical will add coverage you dont need like earthquake insurance if you dont keep an eye on them over priced check other companies first Allstate over one hundred fifty dollars less beware stay away from this company proctors is a RIP off
