We have been with Rhodes Agency since early 90’s when Prestons parents ran the business. NEVER had any issues with claims while they ran the agency. Fast forward 20+ years when Preston took over. Several damaging storms, one being a tornado have come through our neighborhood containing damaging hail. Most in my neighborhood, along with neighbors on both sides of me and across the street have had hail damage and there insurance agencies agreed to roof replacements. Several roofing contractors have been on my roof and said definitely hail damage. A couple of the roofing contractors (at different times) even went on the roof with the ALLSTATE inspectors, and the ALLSTATE inspectors agreed with the roofers there was significant hail damage. I find it odd the reports were sent to ALLSTATES claims department continues to say it’s the age of the roof. The report came back no damage. Must have something to do with my 500.00 deductible they no longer offer!

I had been shopping for auto insurance for a long time and finally I got a good deal and even though the price was little high than what my current insurance I planned to go with all state as they had the best coverage and discount programs. Jeannie was the person who helped me to make the right choice and was very patient to all the questions that I asked and also followed up.

They have a wonderful staff always eager to help in anyway possible great prices and just so friendly I want to personally say that michelle was such a great help and I’m so glad to have a insurance company with such great team!
