Presley Insurance Services provided an in-depth assessment of my home and auto policies, and provided immediate recommendations. In my opinion, this is the best agency I have worked with during my nearly 50 years of needing insurance. For example, during our initial conversation, it was revealed to me that I had mistakenly opted for inadequate coverage on both my house and car. I'm not sure why my previous agent didn't realize this, but I am grateful to this company, and glad I switched agencies.

Friendly, caring, extremely knowledgeable, helpful by expressing how you would save money with policy modifications and/or additions (never "aggressively" trying to sell), explaining policies with phenomenal communication skills, patient, understanding, reasonable as well as cost effective (i.e. special consideration(s) tailored to your specific needs/budget. Fantastic customer service! Wow!

I have been trying to reach out to Miss Lori on numberous occasions for the last two months since I have started my insurance with her. I have received one text back stating she would call and I still have not heard from her. There was paperwork that needed to be turned in and I wanted to verify and it’s just been horrible trying to reach her. Wish I would have went with a different agent.

During my more than a decade with Allstate the only time I heard from the Agent (after signing up) was via default or mass emailings. There's a number for claims and an app for this and every other service or product. Agents and their staffs is unnecessary overhead passed on to customers.
