Always have issues with this bank. Not the people but the whole system from online banking to making up that I was dormant for longer than I was and freezing my accounts. Going today to close my accounts.

Have been banking on with them for over 15 years. I have been changing how I pay my bills and had a few overdrafts due to moving where my paycheck direct deposits. I had called in to have these fees removed as I haven’t caught all my auto payments and Venmo has been pulling from the wrong account even though I specified that account. I have called in before with no problem getting these removed. But today the woman I spoke to refused to do it then was very condescending. I asked why I had no warning about not being able to right these and she said that it hurts the credit Union. I always right my account so this didn’t seem right. I explained that I was in the process of getting my finances in order and just had a few hiccups. She still refused. After so many years of banking with them I may finally call it quits. I have had other poor experiences in the past but have remained patient. But I’ve had enough.

Been my credit union for over 30 years. I’ve had multiple loans with them and no problems. We had someone get ahold of my wife’s debit card number and drain our checking account. PMFCU investigated and found us not at fault and refunded the amount.

usually the branch i go to but when i went in to get a new debit card the cashier named foxy was incredibly unhelpful. she was all hung up on my id being expired despite me knowing my account number, ssn, and of course my birthday. i think she just wanted any excuse not to run the debit card printing machine. i get that they have to verify who someone is but that was very over-the-top. i went to the next nearest branch and they had no issue getting me a new debit card, didn't try to tell me i had to go and get my id updated with the money i'd need my debit card to access,

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I am currently unable to use my debit card to pay for groceries after I was in a house fire. When I try to contact their 24/7 support I get a notification that my account isn’t authorized for that service. I can’t reach anyone, and it’s a Saturday afternoon, which means I realistically won’t be able to access my own money all weekend and can’t get ahold of anyone from the credit union to fix it. This is not the first instance of something like this happening BY FAR. Go anywhere else. I promise your money would be more secure under your mattress.

We were very impressed with the mortgage representative we met with several months ago at this branch to find out more information about some things our realtor had told us about. She was able to see us quickly despite us walking in and was very helpful. The two accounts we hold here have been easy to maintain in the past and the new web design is better. The partner credit union network has not worked that well for us.
