First of all, this broker is sharing space with a sketchy auto detail business?
I paid my premiums for over a year, and went my rate went up over 50%, I tried contacting this office for OVER A WEEK, every day, to discuss what my options were. No response. Not one. Crickets.
I finally gave up and found another broker who took $100 off my monthly premium payment for the same coverage (which makes me think homeboy here was pocketing a whole lot of cash at my expense).
Do yourself a favor and find literally any other broker.

I 100% have the correct address. I also notice you have a talent for responding to negative reviews by bypassing the actual complaint and addressing something only marginally relevant to the review.
I will not ever be giving you my business again, and will be sure to pass that sentiment along. There is NO excuse for ignoring a good customer for over a week.

They’re a great company until you want to cancel your policy. I called a day before my policy was supposed to renew so I could cancel it. Maybe I shouldn’t have waited a day before it was supposed to renew. The man I spoke to advised me the payment would be processed but I would still be able to get a refund in 2-3 weeks since the policy wasn’t supposed to renew for another day. That was fine with me. Once I thought that was settled and he asked if he could assist me with anything else, I asked for a quote on full coverage for my new vehicle so I could compare prices. He asked me to send the VIN number to a phone number and he would call me back to let me know the quote. I sent the VIN and waited for a call back, never received one. A week later I get a letter in the mail thanking me for renewing my old policy. So I call them back to confirm I had cancelled that policy. The man I spoke to tells me it was never cancelled and I had to submit a signature in order to cancel my policy. Nothing was ever mentioned about signing anything in my initial call to cancel. He assisted me in canceling it and when I asked if I would still be getting my refund on the first payment he said I would have to provide proof that I called to cancel the first time. When I explained how my first call to cancel went, and I had sent my vin number to a phone number because I asked for a quote after cancelling (my proof), he became rude and said it was him that I spoke to and he didn’t recall me ever mentioning cancelling my old policy. He only recalled me asking about full coverage on a new vehicle. Why would I ask for a quote on a policy without cancelling the old one first? Why am I unable to receive a refund because an employee couldn’t do their job correctly the first time? They were a great company with low rates but in the end, I felt scammed.
