We stayed the week in Estes Park at Serenity Pines…the experience from start to finish was PERFECT! The property was beautiful, and looked just like the pictures…everything was communicated well, and they gave very detailed instructions for the check in and check out process! Property was clean, and very well maintained! LOVED Estes, and plan on staying at this property again in the future! Thank you!

We rented an airbnb from this group, I would stay away from these people, first of all, we showed up to the property in our large car, (Tahoe), it was raining when we got there, there was gravel and some sand for a driveway, and immediately after parking in the driveway it was very muddy, we were coming and going from the house many times, it got really muddy like a swamp, with mud like 3 inches deep in the driveway, there were NO rules saying we can’t park in the grass right next to the driveway, so in order to be able to get out safely with our 2 small children, we parked in the grass, I’ve attached a photo that shows the driveway, and the grass where we parked afterward. Upon leaving the Airbnb, we left a msg stating our concern about the parking issue but left it at that. We weren’t going to make a big deal out of it, after all- no one can control the weather but we did recommend that the driveway be fixed- hay or gravel be put down for the next people who stay. However, the next day we got a rude msg stating that we ruined his grass and could have parked elsewhere. My wife and I were flabbergasted. Like where? lol we asked the guy exactly that and for photos showing where he wanted us to park. Of course, he did not respond or send a photo. This is because there was no where else to park except in the mud soaked area, which we were not willing to do. My guess, these guys are looking/ fishing for things to complain about in order to steal money from guests/ airbnb. Its sad to say from looking at other reviews down below that this seems to be the common thread. I wish we would have looked up this company before choosing to stay with them. Please be aware of this company!

We rented a home (Indian Paintbrush) managed by Ponderosa Realty in Estes Park and had a wonderful experience! The home was well-stocked and exceptionally clean. Getting in was easy and the house was exactly as pictured and met our needs. Beautiful views off the deck and the sound of the river, which was a nice surprise! The propane on the grill was low and they brought another tank out in about fifteen minutes. We would not hesitate to book this home again or use Ponderosa again! Thanks for a great stay.

Our family has rented from Ponderosa Realty approximately six times in Estes Park. We've never had one problem and have found them to be very easy to deal with. This year we actually had two different problems, and because of the prompt and satisfactory response by the staff we will continue to exclusively rent through this company. When I called the first day of the visit, and then second day of our visit, the phone was answered immediately and as promised the issues were dealt with. Thanks to your staff from our entire family.

Do not, I repeat, do not be dupped by this company. I rented Forest Glen at $520 a night for 3 nights. It's a beautiful property at first glance, but a nightmare once there. The master bedroom was horrible. There was a mattress topper that was completely worn out, bunched in places and no padding in others. The shower was broken and had to use the second bathroom. No plug for an elaborate tub. The rug underneath the dining room table was filthy as was the oven. Two out of the four barstools were broken. A dead bird on the front walk and a dead elk on the trail to the river. Windows were cob webbed and dirty. The filter in the jacuzzi was 3 weeks overdue for being changed and was nasty. Upon checking out, management company was told all of this and had pictures as proof. He acted like he was going to check it out and get back with me. I got crickets, no apology, no refund not even partial. I bet the homeowners have no clue how poorly their property is being managed.

We rented the Sunshine Cabin for a family vacation (cannot beat the location and proximity to RMNP) and found Ponderosa (Adam) to be very helpful and quite responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. This particular location was very special to me as I had been there 43 years ago with my family as guests of the original owners. We would definitely work through Ponderosa Realty again and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Do not use this rental company. I have currently been going back and forth with Chris begging to allow my family to mutually break our lease. He has been nothing but extremely rude to us, interrupting us every time we speak to him. Every email we have sent has been ignored because they do not want us to document what is going on with our rental. We are currently in a rental without heating and with electrical issues that are a potential fire hazard. They gave us space heaters that overload our electrical system and cause the power to go out, we have to pay a near 500 dollar power bill to run these heaters. They left us without water for a week from the pipes freezing. I had to demand a repair man after Chris told me that "nothing could be done about it" and that we had to "wait for it to not be cold anymore." Now we are told to run a space heater where the water pump is 24/7 further increasing our power bill just so that we can have running water. We have begged to be able to mutually break this lease due to unfair living conditions and are completely ignored.

If I could give them 0 stars, then I would. Horrible and rude people. The event was canceled by the request of the local police department and fire districts due to wild fires in the area. If you want to see the type of customer service you will receive from this company, just read the responses from the negative reviews. It should give you an idea of the response you will receive if there is an issue.
