I have been a member of PBCU for over, 27 years, never ever had any issues nor problems, they always helpful and will help you in any situation, and they always have a solution that may come up, that best fits they don't play about their members, their loan rates are awesome, especially the auto loans, and the fraud detection center is always on point, anyone top of any unusual charges, that may show up in your account, I will always be a PBCU members.

This bank offers truly free checking with no strings. Great rates on auto loans and personal loans, doesn’t scam people like Freedom Federal Credit union does. All of the staff are wonderful and polite especially Christina the branch manager who is a pleasure to do business with. The app works great and even has a portal where you can message the bank directly to request checks or replacement bank cards. There are no fees to transfer money between checking and savings (unlimited). I highly recommend this bank. You will not be disappointed.

I've been banking with Point Breeze my entire life. Service is always friendly, however it's highly inconvenient to wait 7-10 days for a new debit card when my old one is compromised (which has happened about 3x now). I have spoken with friends whose banks will overnight ship their new cards. It makes me highly consider switching banks for this reason alone.

I cannot say enough good things about Alyssa that works here at the Bel Air location. I had difficulties getting the loan transferred from my grandfather's name to mine solely. She worked from 11a to 5p, calling me multiple times during that time, updating me on everything throughout the day and never gave up on trying to get this loan figured out for me. The amount of dedication, work ethic and overall kindness that she showed me today should be recognized and I will never forget. Very, very pleased with her.

The institutions is good but some of the Teller they not.I went to Bel Air branch with my niece who not speak English and Megan the Teller try to make the transaction uncomfortable just because she doesn't speak English but I was there translating.
She should try everybody equall.
