Anita Hloben works as the assistant GM in our office at PMP’s Skyestone community in Broomfield, CO. As a resident and committee member, I interact with Anita on a semi-regular basis. I do not have any supervisory responsibility for Anita’s work and do not have any responsibility for evaluating Anita’s performance. I do work with her to compile the monthly newsletter. She is always very helpful, friendly and responsive. So far as I could tell, she did a good job formatting and publishing the February newsletter, her first time at that particular task. It appears she has had a very full plate during this interim period while the GM position has been vacant. My impression is that she’s been pulled in many different directions as Board and committee members make requests, not to mention the random requests and complaints from residents. She has seemed overwhelmed at times but I’m guessing time management has been a challenge and it’s probably fair to say people request things of her that are not necessarily in her job description. She seems to be juggling lots of balls and is trying to please everyone. She did mention that Mark has been very helpful when he’s in town.
