Chelsey has been great with our HOA, especially with her regular and informative communication. She "took us on" under very stressful times, and she has responded tremendously. I've already recommended her to another HOA, and I believe they hired her, too. She's just been so good for us!

I know Chelsey as a business professional. She is a business owner who has integrity and works hard to do what is right for the association. I find the negative reviews disturbing because they are not based on the facts. She has no control over an association prior to her management. As a homeowner who has lived in a HOA community, it sounds like Chelsey is helping these associations get back on track. She has a long history of getting things accomplished but change does not happen overnight. PMI Northern Colorado is a HOA management company, not a snow removal company. For those that feel the need to vent on a google review site, if you have questions or concerns, pick up the phone and give Chelsey a call. She is personable and happy to take the time to answer questions or explain things if you don't understand. Complaining behind a computer screen about something you do not have knowledge about is disconcerting. I hope that if you had a small business, this would not happen to you.

Chelsea and her team of professionals at PMI have done a great job getting our association of townhomes back on track. She does a great job of analyzing costs, attention to details and budgeting to make sure associations are ran correctly and properties are being well managed.
We are glad we made the switch of property management companies!

I have been cleaning a property for 15 years until PMI took over. They have not paid their cleaning bill for the entire year and are making me take them to court just to do the right thing. Chelsea was beyond rude and unprofessional as she is denying receiving the invoices and hanging up on me. Do not work for this company and do not trust CHELSEA. She went to try to threaten me with being in law enforcement and having business education. I think the law would be horrified she uses them to defend her stealing money. I do not recall being taught to steal money in business but hey, we all learn differently.

Then to respond to me about times being hard right now and you would have paid if I sent the invoices. WHAT!!! I SENT THE INVOICES 5 TIMES now within just this month yet Chelsea (you) seems to have lost them!!! As well as my insurance information. I have also stated that I will send the keys when you pay the high balance owed!!!! Stop with trying to look good on the internet. If you had a chance to bash someone, you would!!! Yet I did nothing wrong. YOU DID!!!! You are a blunt fake and I am not afraid to expose it.

We already pay a substantial amount of money every month to maintain our living. They claim that its because of new construction and snow fall. That snow was only cleared once. Ooh and also pigeons If additional money actually went to such things as more parking, finish painting, bad gutters, no street lights, and bad roads (just to name a few!), it would make sense. I'm very disappointed in PMI maybe they can do things right by helping us instead of wanting a open hand for more money. Clearly these funds will not be distributed properly considering we have less than a months notice to pay, and it is right before the new year. Almost as if they are taking advantage of the cc&r increase before they run out of time.

I paid my annual dues via check at the office 01/08. My dashboard shows that I still owe money. I have emailed the company five times and called them about 20 with no response or callback.
I just stopped by the office again and all the lights were out in the door is locked even though it says that the office is open right now.

PMI took over management of our 40 unit HOA in November having just a couple weeks to prepare. The transition went much better than I could have hoped for and Chelsey and her team have done a good job in getting up to speed with the processes, preferences and homeowners of our HOA. I can definitely recommend Chelsey and PMI.
