I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jean-Pierre with PMI East Bay while exploring property management options, and I couldn't be more impressed! As a busy professional, I need someone who can handle the details and provide top-notch service.

From our first conversation, he was incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs. He took the time to understand my goals and provided valuable insights into the property management process. His expertise from childhood was impressive to me.

What stood out most was his commitment to excellent service. Heads up, their firm is more about full service to find & keep long term quality tenants with a quality network of service technicians. They are not the low price property management company.
I feel confident that he would manage my property with the same care and dedication he showed during our discussions.

JP is an excellent property manager who is passionate about placing the right tenant with the right landlord. As a bonus, he has a good understanding of both parties’ legal rights and obligations and therefore can properly advise you on actions your should or shouldn’t take with respect to landlord-tenant issues. If you’re a newbie landlord or someone who just doesn’t have a lot of time to manage your property, do yourself a favor and hire JP!

I am very thankful to have Jean-Pierre (JP) as my property manager. He was highly recommended by a friend of mine. He was extremely thorough from the beginning as he introduced his services. His advice was most valuable to help meet the needs of the right tenants. I am totally pleased with the whole process and I no longer have the issues of having to manage on my own.

JP and PMI have been a great company to lease through, they take great care of the owners property, along with their tenants, wich I am one of those tenants. PMI is quick to respond to needs of his tenants and JP is very easy to work with. Their payment set up for automatic payments is great and convenient. I am truly blessed to be living in the home I lease through PMI and am blessed by God leaseing through a great company like PMI Property Management. They are the best Property Management I've ever worked with.
