We have had the best experience ever with Phil at PMI Clark County.
We filled our application out in minutes, immediately received an email from him, got approved, signed the lease and received the keys all within 10 hours.
We had a problem with our AC and he had it fixed within 24hrs of moving in.
The owner got a brand new fridge delivered and Phil stayed in contact with us about the delivery the whole time.
He’s a great guy, very professional and truly cares about his clients!

Phil has been a pleasure to work with during my search for a temporary rental in Las Vegas. Considering I’m currently over 2,000 miles and 3 time zones away from him, he always responded to me almost immediately.

As techies, this is the first time we considered investing in a property and had tons of questions and apprehensions about buying something when you're not living in the same city. Phil was referred to us by a trusted colleague. One conversation with him over the phone and we were sure that we made the right choice.
Throughout our journey of buying a property in Vegas, Phil has been extremely professional, very responsive, communicative and acts fast. He is very knowledgeable about the Henderson/Vegas Summerlin area so guides you appropriately on the rental and real estate market. He'd give his opinions but would never push you to make a decision. Very patient in answering any questions you'd have and he is always willing to go to a property and show it to you on video.
He then managed to put our investment property for rental within 4 days of closing! All we can say is that we're lucky to have found Phil in our investment journey and it couldn't have got better than this.

We have web working with Phil Cadolino On renting a condo in The Martin. While their HOA has been a challenge, Phil has done an outstanding job of helping us navigate the requests and ppwk. Even before we secured the unit, Phil gave us a video walkthrough of the unit with voiceover to help us make our decision. He gets it; the process of finding a place to live can be onerous. He does his best to make it much less so, and makes it look easy. We appreciate everything he’s done for us, while not being our agent. Definitely exceeded expectations.
