Firstly, I used them years before.They were the first managers I used and what had happened when using them was a terrible experience and very damaging to my apartment and to me! The new tenant they found after telling me the tenant I wanted found a better apartment to rent and backed out of the rental but they had someone with great credit who was an executive!. I left the apartment with everything in it. A vacuum as well as everything needed in the kitchen, etc..During his time in my apt the air conditioner had to be changed and yet all that was needed on the 1971 unit was changing parts here and there but now I needed a new one?With a 10year warranty!, My carpet was left filthy and too dirty to clean!, the porch screens now had holes and needed replacement. He spilled something on my mattresses which didn’t come out and left me with a mess.. On top of that, my neighbor complained of him smoking and they’re not supposed to smoke in my apartment or the building, but Debbie went there and told me everything was fine. I asked Debbie, why does he have sheets all over the couch and everywhere?

A non smoking clause was in the lease and my neighbor was getting sick from his smoke. Yet Debbie told me he wasn’t smoking, but he was, then he wanted another year and I was promised he would not smoke and since the damage was done I accepted him for year two. I wanted to know if my apartment was left in good shape but Jesus said he wanted a third year..Jesus didn’t have him sign, which I thought he did, assuring me he’s taking it for a third year!! I called and Jesus told me he changed his mind. He’s going to West Palm Beach,. that wasn’t fair to me. I got rid of Jesus since It was last minute and. He never had him sign nor did he help me when I found out the condition of my apartment . He told me he’s taking the apartment but that wasn't true. The tenant never paid me for the extra months he stayed and the damage done was left for me to fix!

I have had my fair share of landlords/property managers, as a tenant, and my opinion of them is NSFW. But PMI changed that for me. I've never had a property manager before that actually cares. It's been eye opening for me. Theymade the application process super easy. Anytime I submit an order, it gets taken care of immediately with no push back and they don't use the cheapest labor possible, which is definitely an issue with other companies. I felt compelled to leave this review because they deserve the recognition after a year of renting under their management.

I want to write a little review on this company called PMI Best Assets, this is our 2nd year renting out our home. The first company who's name I never ever want to mention again was just that horrible but when my husband told me that he found someone else I was so hesitant until I spoke and then meet with Ms Debra. Her attitude and demeanor alone made me feel so secure I told my husband this is it and I knew that we would not have to worry about our property, her professionalism and knowledge made me feel so secure since my husband and I live in another state. We can finally sleep at night knowing that this company handles everything when it comes to our property I would recommend PMI Best Assets to anyone who wants to rent their property and never have to worry about it. I can call Ms Debra and check on my property and always get a good report, if the tenant has a question or an issues they deal directly with her and she keeps us informed of what is going on at all time, I just love this company and wish I would have found them our first year of becoming landlords.

It was a pleasure being a tenant in one of PMI's properties. Every time we had a problem, however small, they took care of it promptly. The repair staff was professional and capable. They were reasonable to deal with. One of our bedrooms was hot during the summer months, and PMI installed a ceiling fan to cool it down. One of our electrical outlets was not working, and they fixed it right away. It's great living in a place where you know that things will get taken care of.

We will NEVER use anyone else after working with PMI!!!! After a horrible previous rental experience, we were looking for a property manager that was honest, reliable, truthful, and worked for both the fairness of the tenant and landlord. We found it with Debra Jalinas at PMI Best Assets!

I had high hopes for PMI as Debra was bubbly and sweet, but I had so many issues it was ridiculous. I had to move in two weeks, so I needed a company quick. Right off the bat they recommended I paint to help it rent. Ok. Took over a week with multiple contacts to even hear what color they painted, since no one asked or told me anything. Also they removed 6 shelves and I’ve never received word what was done with them (and they were pricey). This was a precursor to Jesus giving additional monetary breaks to the tenant without telling, let alone asking me. I had to ask him why my payment was $200 short. The communication was atrocious overall and just got worse with COVID. Aside from not communicating, when I would talk to Jesus he would interrupt, talk over me, and talk at me. I couldn’t wait for my contract to end with them and I would recommend you don’t start.
