I absolutely love living in this building. The management is exceptional—kind, patient, and always responsive. They truly follow through on their word, and that kind of integrity is rare. When I needed an apartment the most, they accepted my request without hesitation, and I’ll never forget that.

This building feels like home, and honestly, I don’t see myself ever wanting to leave. It’s clean, family-friendly, pet-friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They’re also very respectful of those who prefer a smoke-free environment, which I appreciate.

As a flight attendant, I value how accessible and understanding the management is, even with my unpredictable schedule. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live.

This is a very nice and quiet building. Anytime there’s an issue or a maintenance request, management responds quickly—usually within 24 hours. They’re attentive and efficient; for example, they didn’t hesitate to replace my washer and dryer when needed.

The building is right next to a beautiful park, and thanks to the excellent windows, you barely hear anything from outside. It’s perfect for anyone with a sensitive or irregular sleep schedule—I sleep so well here. I highly recommend it! The rooftop is absolutely beautiful !

Since i moved it has been great . Management has been helpful and very attentive to my needs. The building Super is amazing very approachable and very attentive to my concerns. I would definitely recommend the building to a family member or friend. Amenities include pool, billiard room, and the 24th terrace is amazing!! 2 thumbs up!!

Very satisfied with the how attentive and informative Plaza Management and their team were when moving into my new apartment. The leasing department answered all of my questions and their onsite team in their building was very helpful and accommodating. They are quick with their responses and if a team member doesn’t know an answer i was directed to the correct department. Amazing team overall!

Upon moving in, there were a number of issues with my apartment like a broken washer and dryer, weird smell coming from AC, water leaking from the refrigerator, just to name a few. They took over 6 months to repair the washer and dryer, while still charging me the washer dryer fee.

Additionally, I had water leak through the walls of the apartment from the unit next door one night and could not get ahold of anyone.

Getting things fixed or management to respond was impossible. It's been four months since I've moved out and they have not returned my deposit. Stay away from Plaza Management.

Tenant issues are not addressed and updates from tenant are used to close tickets & mark them as resolved.
Zero responsibility, failure to meet several NYC laws.

No filter installed on HVAC system.

Mold in apartment.
Repairs, what repairs.
Security deposit held despite providing no notice post move-out.
