Thank you staff @ the Globe, Az. pizza Hut location... Just got our delivery and as always... Loaded with toppings and yummy melting cheese ?

Over the year and different staff changes, there has been issues with missing things on a delivery order... But EVERY SINGLE TIME it's happened, the staff has stepped up and not only made it right... But went above and beyond!!!

Thanks again Staff.... You made our family dinner and a movie night Perfect!!!!

After an hour and a half waiting for a delivery order that I paid with a card, I called in to hear my order was canceled. No call or anything. Was told there was a power outage and that I could get my money back in 3-5 days. A call would have been nice. Could have gotten something to eat elsewhere an hour ago

Sat at the drive thru window for 20 minutes with no service and then went inside and had to wait another 5 minutes for anyone to even talk to me. Trash service

We did the buffet and very disappointed! There was no food! No pizza the only thing there was the salad.
We sat and waited and waited. Not cool Pizza Hut!
Please get it together.

I got the Detroit pizza with the "crispy cheesy edges" except it DIDN'T HAVE THAT AT ALL. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Paid EXTRA for a smaller pizza with no cheesy edges. Won't make that mistake again. Food here is NOT served as advertised.

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from the pizza was undercooked
And the breadsticks tasted gross and were insanely hard to chew through and had cinnamon on the bottom which made it disgusting. WORST place ever I mean it is Globe so

I think they got a new franchisee or lead a few months ago, It has really improved. its a real Pizza Hut now. The old group were cheap and didn't care, but keep up the good work new and improved Pizza Hut.
