My customer service experience with Mr. Jamal was very splendid . I called in rage after receiving a bill in the mall that I didn’t quit understand and he was able to break the ice calm my demeanor all while explaining to me all the necessary things I needed to know about my insurance policy. Ms Robin is very helpful. You can tell that she loves what she do. She was so helpful alot of things I didn't understand and she too the time to explain and walk me through everything and I really appreciate it.
