They got a new ATM machine but it still doesn't accept cash deposits! Why doesn't your brand new ATM machine accept cash deposits like every other bank does? What a major hassle for your customers! That's minus 2 stars right off the bat for the inconvenience.

I absolutely love our Pillar Credit Union, all the employees are very friendly and very helpful. The place is very clean and it's in a great location. I've been with them since 2010 and I hope that I never have to go anywhere else.

I have always felt credit unions were the way to get personalized service and help in individual “situations”. Sadly I must be the one in a million that did not qualify for that. I will not understand why I could get a “signature” loan for thousands of dollars that was paid on time and paid off early, but when I applied for a loan that had a physical return “collateral” if the payments were not made, I “could not qualify” and nobody had the time or offered to sit down and look at options, I was just “dismissed”!!! I have a new outlook on credit unions now and closed my account to find a personable solution.

I've been a member for years now, even before it was Pillar. It is A great place, they really helped us with our home loan and they made sure it was covered with insurance. My husband has sense passed, and insurance covered the rest of the loan. I give them stars!
