Just an absolute horror show. Difficult to get ahold of first off, zero help when things happen, and doesn't follow through. Pretty much just there to collect a check. Go with anyone but this agent. Please reach out and I am happy to provide details, but we had wind damage to our house and we were advised, directly by Phil, to not submit because the deductible would be more (window damaged ended up costing almost $5k out of pocket). Then was zero help when Allstate (my insurance supplier) tried to offer me $1k less than the body shop quoted when I was not responsible for the wreck and the other person's insurance company accepted full responsibility (ended up getting $2500 more from going direct to the other parties insurance), then Phil didn't cancel my policies as he said he would (after confirming in writing). Also failed to call me back timely. Would give zero stars if it was an option.
