For about 25 years, Pete Shiro and his team have provided friendly, professional, and prompt responses to all my insurance needs. State Farm, of course, has caused some problems for some of my buildings with their cut-backs on policies. The Shiro team -- most lately Pete and Kim Winters -- have been extraordinarily helpful in dealing with the current situation.

On 12/3/24, Anna Calles helped me get a copy of my ID card over email and mail, we verified and fixed a mistake in my address, and within minutes she helped me access my account after two years of being locked out (I have called many times, tried to reset my password, and many other very kind agents have tried to help me!). She was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and very patient. I accidentally kept her on the phone for several minutes while she was waiting for me. I highly recommend working with this agent!

Within the last week, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ms. Winters on two separate State Farm insurance issues. In both cases, Ms. Winters literally responded to my e-mails within 10 minutes. Within another 10 minutes, she was on the phone to me with satisfactory resolutions to my issues.

I am not only amazed with her absolute professional demeanor and knowledge, she was a delight to work with.
