Pete is a fantastic insurance agent who genuinely cares about his customers, and he is incredibly responsive to phone and email communication. Recently, I had a very negative experience with the State Farm corporate billing department trying to get refunded for an errant duplicate charge to my credit card. Pete was my only advocate within the company and the only thing keeping me sane through a process where I felt totally helpless and at the mercy of a billing department that continued to repeat mistakes regarding refund approval. Pete worked on my behalf for over a month to correct this mistake and I would recommend his services to anyone.

I was with Geico for a long time and not only did Pete get me better rates and better coverage, the experience was the opposite of the frustration I have felt dealing with 1-800 numbers.
