I had many issues over the past 4 years trying to sell my house. I met with many buyers, and most were only looking to make a buck for themselves. PHIG was the lone exception. The entire team operated on the premise that if I was not happy, they were not happy. The condition of my house was not terrific and I was dealing with a difficult ex-wife. Then the pandemic hit. Other than for a brief hiatus, PHIG, and Joe Hartman in particular, continued to stay in touch and offer suggestions. When I was finally able to move forward with the sale, PHIG was ready and able to move forward at my pace and, most importantly, met me half way on the selling price. I could not be more happy and highly recommend Joe and his team. They are straight shooters and honestly interested in working a fair deal.
