Justin and his guys, Chris and Carlos, went out of their way to help me get my car unstuck from a pile of snow and ice. I wasn't charged a dime and they were fast and punctual. Even with it being -7°, and absolutely freezing outside. They were absolutely professional and had shown a great deal of compassion. That goes a long way when it comes to the community, having a company pay it forward like that. I will forever be thankful to them for their quick assistance. I will be recommending their services to everyone I know. Thanks again guys!

I rented an apartment on Pennsylvania ave, in house 314. Was the tenant there for a year until June. Lights flicker from white/soft white/off in hallway, bedroom, and living area non-stop. Water damage and leaks through the kitchen and bathroom. Also just spiked the rent up from $700 and I would venture to say they didn't fix it. They also charge a 5% fee to pay the rent unless you want to hike to Frostburg to pay cash. Be wary of this building and more wary of the company. Continually had to resend receipts of what I paid, never got any work done in reasonable time, and is making getting my deposit back an absolutely nightmare after stating that I would get the full amount. We are day 47 and I finally got a check in the mail and it's almost $100 short.

Justin Lee Tippen owns the company and when I left it was because he bragged about running 150 properties but somehow only had one person in the office and one maintenance person. This was right after they took several days to address a clogged drain. I explained I put drano in it and suggested to snake it rather than use more chemicals but they poured some nasty corrosive nonsense down the drain. 2 days later on a Saturday the first floors ceiling gave in from a burst pipe. They then went into my apartment the day they fixed the leak and tracked nonsense all the way through the apartment and then acted like it wasn't a big deal at all. Pictures below in the comments.

I'm not saying every landlord is perfect, but these guys just charge a crazy amount to upkeep and maintain absolutely nothing. I would steer clear of this company and specifically this apartment!!!

Experience was a joke to say the least. I applied for a rental property with this company gave them everything asked of me in order to start the application process. I waited an entire month looking to hear back but never did so I decided to show up one last time, only to find out someone else got offered the property. I asked what went wrong they stated nothing and claimed they tried contacting me through email and phone but the whole time i kept an eye out and never received anything not even a voicemail. Basically I was lied to robbed of my application fee and time. I find it very unprofessional and wouldn’t dare waste my time nor energy again.

They are Great landlords and wonderful people to work with … I’ve rented from them for a couple years and never had 1 problem . My house caught fire and they was right there on sene ready to help us in just a week they had us in another place … IF YOUR NOT A PROBLEM THERE WONT HE NO PROBLEMS

Rob Keech installed my new picket fence and did a spectacular job! He paid attention to details to make it come out just right and was very good at communications with me. I would highly recommend!

Theft, Blackmail and Bullying are just a few things me and my family's had to deal with while living under they're management. we had to move cuz they would not fix anything in the house at all and now the house is completely boarded up because they would not fix a single thing. Housing Authority had to come in and condemn the place because they refused to do anything. Stole my property and then threatened to evict me when I said I was going to call the cops to try and get it back. They must not have enough money to fix places or buy their own tools. So so sad why people like this are allowed to manage property is beyond me so this is just a fair warning to anybody that might be considering renting off these people.

PPM just completed a fence project for my family and they did an absolutely wonderful job. Before the actual with even started, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism - they called to confirm appointments and showed up on time. Justin was very detailed and thorough and took his time discussing each aspect of the project with me to make sure we were on the same page about everything. Once the job was scheduled we had a forecast calling for over a week of rain and even though our project wasn't supposed to begin for a couple weeks, Makayla called and gave me a heads up about the forecast and anticipating the delay she pre-emptively suggested that we move the scheduled date back a week, which I greatly appreciated (most contractors in this area would just show up a week late).

The actual job was even more impressive. The foreman Rob really knows what he's doing and how to manage a crew. They built me a beautiful, very solid fence exactly the way I wanted. Rob constantly made sure I was happy with everything they were doing and once or twice when I asked for changes to be made they did it with a smile and at no cost to me. We even had some difficult neighbor issues (which I'm sure is common with fence projects) that were no fault of PPM's and they were handled dedicately and professionally by Rob and his crew, and the owner Justin even drove over an hour immediately to be onsite and make sure the issue was dealt with and everything was progressing smoothly. They showed up on time every day, worked full days and completed the job quickly. I literally couldn't be more happy with their entire team and I highly recommend them.

My husband and I have used Justin and his PPM crew for all kinds of jobs both at home and in our office over a period of several years. The work has included everything from totally renovating an apartment to painting our home inside, renovating my office at work including carpet removal and a fantastic job painting over dated paneling. They always remove all their debris, carry off decrepit furniture and leave our property as clean as possible. In an emergency, they’ve replaced a toilet for our clients and helped get an air conditioner in a cranky old window. Their pricing is very reasonable and Justin is as honest as they come. I trust and highly recommend him and his crew.
