This company did not only screw up our taxes but also made us pay $500 more for fees accumulated due to their negligence. After we were told that Pease was doing us a "favor" because we are a small business, they did not only screw up our taxes, but when it came to pay and arrange payments nobody helped us, after meeting with the owner and making several attempts to get this taken care of, I had to almost threaten them to finish the work that they were paid to perform. At first we were told we owed 1100, which we sent, only to find out that Pease screwed up and in reality we owed 10k. This is not a small mistake. After trying to contact our accountant and the owner, they assured us everything would be taken care of, however it was not. Then the owner had the audacity to tell us that maybe we didn't send a check. Yet I have confirmation of the IRS receiving this payment with the paperwork given by Pease. On top of it all the accountant and owner kept having me deal with the secretary and office manager, while they were out golfing. My first notice of the mistake was received early May. After 3 notices, finally a week ago a secretary at Pease assured me she would take care of it. If we are paying a lot of money for someone to do our taxes, Why can't I speak to an accountant directly? Just beware, this company is so big, that they don't care about their customers. Be very very careful. They'll take your money in a second, then wait 5 months to do the job.
