I’ve been a USAA member for about 25 years and when we bought our RV I went to USAA for coverage, but they send it to progressive, so I called Dereck and he squared me away. The annual policy was about half the price that progressive quoted me. At the end of September I plan on switching my new truck,over to them.

We had an accident that was caused by our Ford losing the brakes. It was the fault of the vehicle not my driving. AMERICAN FAMILY paid their share $9,500 plus a rental. We paid our $1 000. Our auto monthly premium went up from $67 to $112. AMERICAN FAMILY said they would not go after Ford to reminburse. Do beware. Even if the damage is not your fault they will raise the cost alot!
