I am so thankful to hear our HOA is moving away from Paul Ash. Not only are they completely unresponsive and incompetent, but as you can see in the response to these reviews, they are also completely unwilling to take any accountability and place the blame on the board.
Kathy Baker’s review from 2 months ago still is true, the lights in our parking lot are completely out and it is totally unsafe to walk to and from the units at night. While leaks were “fixed” my water is currently off right now because more leaks keep happening and need repairs. The leaks from two months ago were happening for at least 9 months and I have the documentation to prove when they were first reported.
As far as landscaping goes, it’s our biggest expense and absolutely nothing is done. There’s a pair of panty hose towards the entrance of the complex that have been laying there for 6 months… under the tree the landscapers take their breaks at. Every now and then (maybe once every 6 weeks) they will use the blowers but after trash has piled up. These issues are routinely reported and still nothing happens, not even an update, only excuses as seen in the response to these reviews.

I am an owner at Civano 1 Neighborhood 1. I requested my right to review the books and records of the association and Ash management is paid to provide that service. By law, they have 10 days to fulfill the request. I have experienced refusal and excuses by employees of Ash Management over the last several weeks. Their credibility is zero in my opinion. Our HOA is wasting $ paying this non-performing management company.

I have lived at Tierra Catalinas, managed by Paul Ash, for 5 years. The experience with Paul Ash is poor, poor communication and very slow response. Currently there are 4 water leaks in the parking lots, one in front of my unit has been leaking for at least 3 months. It flows down and pools in front of my unit, the water is filled with a large amount of debris from the tree above which the landscapers do not clean up for some reason, and now there are bees living in it. I have to walk thur it to get to my car. The HOA is not concerned about this safety hazard. And all the lights have been out in the parking lot for a week, it's very dark and not safe. There is no communication from HOA on what the problem is or when it will be fixed. Extremely frustrating living here.

Do business with these people at your own risk. The worst we've dealt with in over 20 years.

If ya'll can answer your phones with the quickness that you send out "threatening" bills. That would be phenomenal.

Paul Ash has managed 1200 River Road in Tucson for a few years now. I'd like to give a shout out to a Paul Ask employee, Sarah Ivey, who was responsible for managing HOA issues at 1200 River Road. In the times that I worked with Sarah, I found her to be responsive, professional and courteous. This type of treatment makes a huge difference to those of us who have to turn to others for help with property issues. I never had to contact her more than once on any given issue. Thanks, Sarah!!!

We pay HOA dues to #1 get roofs checked. Raylyn Winkler contracted with “a company” she knew. For almost a year she told me when I asked at EVERY HOA meeting that “letters were in the mail” I did not want to pay them and pay private for the same thing if I did need my roof coated.Turned out results were NEVER submitted. Still don’t know what happened to the money our HOA turned over to Paul Ash.
I do know that the residents of Mona Lisa were quite upset with lack of services from this company. Paul Ash didn’t renew contract. They didn’t do anything.
Don’t lie to me!

We are not sure whether the Board at Tucson Country Club Estates is unable to move in a straight line or whether Paul Ash Management Company is poorly managed. It is clear the property manager here is unprepared. Whether she is not trained, not licensed or has poor support, we are sure she is trying her best. We have been busted for having two clowns in our yard that we dress up for different holidays. We were notified and the Paul Ash Management representative confirmed there are no decoration rules, no time limits either.

So several months later we receive a letter that we are breaking CCR 8 with our decorations. They take a portion of the CCR, which does not provide the context of the CCR. The CCR is about storing rubbish or items that are offensive or noxious that damage the well-being of the neighborhood. My two goofy clowns are storage? Next, we get a letter that says it is the final non-compliance notice. We are now breaking the exterior modification policy, like construction. We need to submit two sets of plans for approval. This morning the email is back to the storage of rubbish charges. Our family has been in Tucson since the '50s. Paul Ash had a great reputation. It seems the new Mr. Ash is very busy with the RNC and cannot hire someone to review what his employees are doing. Maybe the Board is also in another world and needs professional medical help?
