We used them for years and were happy. Last year they did our taxes and our sons taxes as well. When we picked up our taxes I wondered why one of my sons was so much, it seemed like a lot to pay considering how easy it was. The lady that was assigned to give us our taxes back said " if you don't like the price you can go somewhere else". I wasn't asking for any other reason then for it to be explained to me. She could have easily said they have a minimum charge, explained what they charge for each page required, etc. He hadn't worked much that year and only went there because we used her. It was a tax return that could have been done anywhere. She took offense to my question and was very rude about it. They now sent us a letter stating they won't do our taxes this year..lol...as if we were going back after the treatment we received. It seems like an unprofessional, snotty attitude. All I can say is if you go here, don't ask the pricing to be explained just pay with a smile.

I have used Patterson Tax and Accounting for two tax seasons now for both corporate and personal taxes. I met her in passing though a business transaction and was struck by her confidence and intuitiveness about my accounting needs and decided to try her firm. Debbi and staff are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about my accounting needs. They are also very accessible when I have questions about different issues etc. I have been to several firms through the years and this is the first one I wholeheartedly recommend. I absolutely hate this part of doing business (taxes, ahh!!) but she makes this a positive experience. Here and there when I deal with someone who has "Mastered their Craft" I want to pass it on.
