Lily was very helpful and informative. She helped us set up accounts and had great customer service!
As we were standing there working with Lily, Ada was on the phone with a customer who would not let her speak and was using foul language towards her. She handled him very professional and with great customer service, despite how nasty he was to her! Great job!

The Beavercreek Office is The BEST
Ada, and Kenzie are always so friendly and knowledgeable. They make my banking a pleasure!

I went to Pathway financial credit union in Beavercreek Ohio this afternoon to take care of some business. The person that waited on me her name was Kenzie. It's always a joy to come into Pathways and see Lily Ada and Angie. They give service with smile and keep our accounts in great working order. I love that they are doing a donation drive for Nationwide Children's this Christmas season. Happy to donate whenever I can!

Kenzie at the Beavercreek Ohio branch waited on us today and she was wonderful.
She did a wire transfer to pay off our mortgage at another financial institution.
She was knowledgeable, friendly and she even took the time to update our account.
We are very pleased with how easy the process was and how professional and friendly Kenzie was.
