I have used Pathway Insurance as my insurance agents since 2011 and am very pleased with their services. They have always helped me find medical, auto, and renters insurance that were quality plans but still were within my budget. In all of my interactions with any of the agents from Pathway they are always professional, efficient, friendly, sincere, honest, and helpful. Their responses to my phone and email inquiries are always timely and their follow-up/follow-through is extremely appreciated. Pathway recently sent me an email asking if I wanted them to requote my auto insurance and when I said yes I would love that Jacqui came back and told me she found a new plan for me that was only half as much as I was paying before! I was thrilled because I definitely didn't expect that drastic of a savings. Thank you Pathway Insurance for everything you have helped me with over the past 8 years!

EXTREMELY ANGRY POLICY HOLDER: I am a customer of Pathway Insurance, American Commerce and Mapfre Insurance all of which have passed the buck in my claim. In the beginning of December I filed a claim on my leaking roof (of which has been deemed unsafe by my personal roofer). I contacted my insurance company to file a claim over 3 weeks ago. The first week an adjuster was sent out and the estimate was low balled b/c he didn't have a 17ft ladder to get on top of my roof so he proceeded to turn in an estimate based on him not completing a thorough inspection. Week #2 my claim was completely ignored. This week I was contacted by a representative from each company stating that the overlook was an honest mistake but they had settled on an amount and were going to send me a check for what they thought I should get; not to mention there is a $3000 difference in the estimate received by my roofer (whom took pictures) and their roofer. When I asked for evidence and an itemized statement of exactly where they got their estimate from, it could not be provided. I am appalled at the way this was handled and will involve my lawyer. However, I will NEVER recommend either of these companies!
