Let me first state that I was a loyal Park customer since I got my first job out of school. That was when this bank was still First Knox. I was at least a 3rd generation in my family to bank at a Park Bank division in Ohio. This USED to be a fantastic bank. Friendly people, excellent service. That seems to no longer be the case. First they closed the Wooster branch which forced me to drive completely out of my way to do any in-person banking. The last two times I've been to the Millersburg office the customer service has been lackluster to put it nicely. It used to be really good. I went through the drive-thru this evening to deposit money in to my business account, to not be greeted at all. The only words the teller uttered to me was "I'll send the receipt out". No hello, no goodbye, no thank you. Nothing. There has clearly been a shift in culture, coming from the top down and it isn't for the better. I noticed it in the final days at the Wooster branch too. My wife and I have already moved our personal on savings accounts to a local bank. Seems like we need to move the rest out of here too. I guess all good things do come to an end.

The staff really needs to work on customer service. When you go through the drive up window,the don't greet you, they just say,I'll have your receipt out,they don't hello, they don't say have a good day , nothing!

Got to say thank you mostly to Mr. KINNEY on making the loan process somewhat pain free if it wasn't for computer issues it would of been. He took me straight in from the dealership and pre-approved me. I went in next day and they were having computer issues, referred me to a place to go grab lunch and when the paperwork finally got done called and left message I was good to go. Since it was a Fri and he had to leave early for a meeting he had me see Tiffany that finished the job and got me in and out quickly. Only thing is I wasn't asked about the extra fees and they were added into the loan which I didn't want to have to finance them and wanted to pay them out right. Would of had to of done paperwork all over and it took a while to get done in first place

Done with park. First knox was better. Better customer service by far. 4 generations of my family banked here at one time now none of will be. I stayed with first knox for their customer care. Leaving park national bank. The manager cant even take a phone call but can dictate from behind his tellers. Great customer care experience.

Love this bank! Everyone is always so kind and helpful and they have been there for me when no other bank would. I left Wayne Savings yesterday and opened a checking account with this bank! I highly recommend Park National Bank!
