went through the drive and wasn't greeted at all and honestly bad customer service, you'd think i'd actually be greeted instead of sending my stuff and then being greeted once they got my stuff. plus when i got what i needed they needed a signature and they didn't send a pen so i had to look all around for a pen. then after i had my transaction completed they didn't say anything like "have a good day" terrible customer service.

Nice staff and conveniently in downtown loudonville. As a local this bank is perfect. ATM occasionally doesn't accept deposits though but you can always walk inside and talk to the people like a normal person would. I have a debit card for this place.

I opened a bank account 2 months ago with a debit card.. They have sent me 2 and I haven't received either one. So I will be closing my account and funding a bank that will be able to produce a debit card I highly don't recommend this bank if you use debit cards.Staff is nice just no debit cards available apparently.

I rarely visit any of their bank branches because I use online services. This service has worked great for me since the first time I broke my foot and could not get out to pay bills. Until this latest merger, it has been great. Frankly, now this service continues to be a nightmare and I am beyond frustrated.

I will update my review to be more positive should they get it straightened out, but now this on line bill pay is an awful experience and I do not recommend it.

Ever since the bank in Perrysville closed I've had nothing but problems from the one in Loudonville it started with overdraft notices then I went there to confront them about it and they said I didn't have any overdrafts to pay then close my account because of it finally just got it straightened out today and close my account for good I suggest go CES Credit Union Bank
