Beware of Negligent Accountant: ROY and Staff- THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND DID NOT FILE OUR TAXES!!

My experience with this accountant was utterly unacceptable. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they failed to file my taxes on time, putting me at risk for potential legal and financial consequences.

To make matters worse, the accountant, Roy, was always on vacation or out of the office, showing a complete disregard for their clients' needs and responsibilities.

Their incompetence and lack of professionalism are unacceptable and I would advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. It is imperative to have an accountant that takes their job seriously and prioritizes their clients' needs. Unfortunately, this was not the case with this accountant.

I would strongly advise against using their services and suggest finding an accountant who is reliable, responsible, and truly cares about their clients' financial well-being.

Setting up the meeting was very easy and timely. Paramount provided an file sharing web page which we used to upload all of our tax documents. At the meeting, Roy did an excellent job in helping us file our taxes properly while providing us “what-if” scenarios for proper planning and bookkeeping for next year. On top of that, he was patient in explaining to us through some complicated tax laws and implications we wanted to understand. I couldn’t be happier with the service and end product. I’m glad our financial planner referred him to us.

I received a letter from IRS that I owed a bunch of money and I freaked out. I was going to just pay it but then I decided to look up a tax guy to see what they could do for me. Wow, I am so glad I did. I called Paramount and they scheduled me in same day. I met with Roy and he exceeded my expectations. Not only do I not owe money but IRS actually owes me money for two years. I recommend going to Roy to see if he can help you or even just do your taxes.
