I purchased my 9.2 k system in 2011 from Jason at Paradise Energy Solutions. The system is still producing the energy as expected, any issues have always been minor and taken care of in a timely manner, even after my warranty was expired, if a issue came up they were more than willing to help me solve any problem that came up. The tax credits and state grants helped make this affordable for me. I had gotten estimates from 5 different companies, and Paradise Energy Solutions was the company that stood out for me, you can trust that they are going to take care of you. Paradise installed our 20.5kw residential system last September. They have highly skilled, top-notch teams who keep you well informed as the project progresses, performing clean, solid work
from start to finish, and the gear itself is definitely high-quality. With spring sunshine kicking in, our system is rapidly making up the deficit from the short winter days, and we are looking forward to solid production as we head through those long, sunny summer days ahead. Now the electric company gets to be MY customer! The system has been trouble-free, and the monitoring capabilities are excellent. As electricity prices are already escalating, I consider our solar array to be one of the best investments we have ever made, and there is nobody other than Paradise Energy that I would rather work with to get it done.

We had a fabulous experience with Paradise Energy. The entire process from the initial sales quote all the way through the hookup went great. Brian, our sales guy was extremely professional but always very in touch with his clients. Sam, our project manager did a good job keeping posted on permit status. Lastly, the install crew was exceptional during the installation. Very professional and considerate. Installation was flawless. Could not be happier. I received multiple quotes for the job and these guys were hands down the best option. No pushy tactics, just simple people with a very professional staff. Great job Paradise Energy. I would highly recommend this company.

Brian Foltz of Paradise Energy Solutions (PES) called on my company back in 2017 and put together a proposal for a 25 KW roof mount solar array. We had been considering solar for several years. PES is very clear and honest when proposing a system and they slightly underestimate the capabilities and then overdeliver so there is no compromise on output. The installation and connection went very smoothly. In 2021 we reconnected and added another 11 KW system. Some things had changed over the 4 years, but they made it work. PES markets our SREC credits and gets us the best price and just mails us a check. PES has been a great business to work with and I have no problem recommending their solar products and their service.

Our journey with Marty at Paradise Energy Solutions started close to 10 years ago after a local business installed solar. We contacted Marty and kept in touch through planning and building our house, to optimize for solar panels on the roof. After living in our house for a year and collecting energy usage data to size our solar system, we moved forward with the team at Paradise Energy. From our first contact with Marty to the completion of our project, we couldn’t have been happier. Everyone we encountered was respectful, helpful, trustworthy, and dependable. Knowing we were working with a Christian based company gave us peace of mind through the whole process. We would recommend Paradise Energy Solutions to anyone interested in making the switch to solar.

UPDATE just over 2 YEARS with system:
The system has been great. 81 panels: first full calendar year produced 35,060 kWh, used 35,082 kWh; nearly perfect sizing of the system!
IRS Audit for Solar Credit:
May 2024, I got a letter from the IRS that they were auditing specifically for the solar credit claimed for our system in 2022. Marty and the team at Paradise energy were amazing, providing all necessary documents requested by the IRS. Honestly, the most tedious part was collecting image checks from our bank as proof that we actually paid for the system. The IRS would NOT accept paid invoices as proof. So, the main take away from my experience and this update is KEEP COPIES OF PAID CHECKS FROM YOUR BANK for the system in case you get audited. Very difficult to get check image copies outside of the 2 yr window without having the bank do some extra digging.
