Alex and Pam at the Cottonwood office of American Family Insurance, always bring a smile to my face !!! These are not words I normally use in conjunction with "insurance companies," but with these ladies, I feel like my back is always covered. Insurance is never something you want to use, but when you do, it's nice to know that an argument won't ensue, and you feel like you're in the wrong by asking to be covered ... by your own policy ... that you pay for regularly. That has never been the case with them, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone needing insurance. They're not just 5 stars .... they're totally ROCKSTARS !!!
