I have to say that PAMA Management is the very best! I was a tenant for 7 years and anytime I needed maintenance, or the Manager, Paolita Osorio, they were always there with a smile and a helping hand. I can't say enough good things about this Property Management Company. Claudia, who works in the main office on Merrill in Fontana, is the greatest! I no longer live there, but would if I could, again!

I also rent from Pama management, I have been asking for them to fix my fence that the tree broke, my kitchen sink and amongst other things, they are charging me for screens that are at the bottom of the house which was dry rotten, a lock and three blinds 160 dollars and refuse to take my rent but takes section eight portion that happen twice so far. They are rude, liers and slumlords, I can't wait until my lease agreement is up. Please don't rent from them. They are very prejudice towards black americans, I have video to prove it. Also the landlord did not know my mother was of Hispanic descent and took my rent from her looking into getting a lawyer. Stay far away from Pama management group.

The management lies the corporation will lie along with the management, they charged me for a fence they repaired not even on my property. And Cora r manger told me I told her that my grandson's who was 2 years old at the time tore it down lied. I ask her to fix the fence so my grandson wouldn't fall down the clef and hurt himself. She then told me that maintance charged me not her I spoke with that department who did it was on her, I spoke with the complaint department who said they couldn't help either. I know it's because I'm not Hispanic. I pray everyone involved gets what they have given me back 100 folks and more. Don't rent from them is not worth it in the long run.

I had 2 rentals at one of them my daughter got harassed by Laura Manager, my daughter had her tires slashed, car windows broken and her 2nd car towed, the car was in a legal parking space, we have police reports to prove, now they gave us a week and a half to move out, Heartless people, no good people

They don't fix anything right they use old stuff to replace the things that need to fix they charge the tenant for the repairs accusing the tenant of breaking the property manager is so rude there mildew , water damages, windows that dont open and close propertly and closet thaf are broken and the track all rusted the vents that need to be replaced the vent under the stoveare so disgusting that they didn't even clean cracks on the floor blinds that falling apart the outside of the building its falling apart there is no propert security gate people walking threw the property and raising the rent but dont want to repair the place I dont recommend anyone to rent from them

They never fix anything the new manager towed everyone's car without a heads up their rude and then they go and hire people that don't speak any English everything here is done cheap

Esta empresa es lo peor de lo peor. Llevamos dos semanas con las canecas de la basura frente a nuestra casa porque ellos no han pagado el servicio de recolección de basuras con el que se comprometieron en el contrato que se firmó. Siempre tienen una excusa " ya pagamos y el camion ya va por la basura o si no nosotros mandamos nuestro camion de mantenimiento para que la recoga" luego no te responden el teléfono y si vas hasta la oficina dicen que no te pueden atender. Esta empresa y su personal solo son incompetentes. Jamás hagas negocios con esta empresa!

This company is the worst of the worst. We spent two weeks with the garbage cans in front of our house because they have not paid for the garbage collection service with which they committed to the contract that was signed. They always have an excuse "we already pay and the truck is already in the trash or if we do not send our maintenance truck to pick it up" then they do not answer the phone and if you go to the office they say they can not take care of you. This company and its staff are only incompetent. Never do business with this company!
