This morning I went to the office of Pam Lewis Kidder. Brittany buzzed me in. She offered me coffee or water and after a few minutes I felt as though was talking to a friend. She made switching from another insurer seamlessly easy-peasy. It was the best sign up experience I've had in years. Brittany was kind, and attentive and had me wrapped up in no time. Pam is is without a doubt the best State Farm agent I've been associted with in 40 years of being a State Farm Customer. She reviewed my policy's and made suggestion that made sense and were affordable. Pam knows the insurance business and is able to give sound advice and direction. I have had other State Farm agents but none has helped with difficult circumstances as much as Pam has. If Pam is not your State Farm agent now she should be , she's highly rated with excellent reviews. I would most certainly recommend her.

I have been a State Farm customer for 30+ years. My agent recently retired & I found Pam as his replacement. I have always been pleased with my agent’s customer service but Pam has taken it to a new level. She is exceptional in every way. She is extremely knowledgeable & transparent. She provides quotes promptly & is very thorough, detail-oriented & efficient. I made some major policy changes & she made the transition smooth & seamless.
