Lavinda McAulfie is the most amazing dr there is there. She cares so much about her patients, she doesn’t treat the patients like a number she treats them like family. I couldn’t ask for a better dr for my schizoeffective. If you’re looking for real treatment go to owl bridge they care about about what makes you happy not just a pay check to them, it’s a bond that will last forever, never had a bad experience.

I’ve been in mental health services for 20 years now and by far OwlBridge has been the best. If your one that is new the service and your scared( like I once was, and most likely everyone else as well) I promise you once you see the awesome group of providers you will feel comfortable and they will go beyond and do any and everything necessary to support you on your journey to feeling better 🙂 Ms LaVinda is AWESOME!! and so is the administrator Ashley! Call them ASAP they got your back !!!

I see Melody and she has been incredibly helpful and listens attentively. We've had issues with prior authorization for medication and her and the office staff have worked hard to help get me what I need despite the insurance company's push back.

Great practice, wonderful providers and office staff. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. Would highly recommend. Its also a plus that they take most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare, that's hard to find.

Owlbridge Wellness is not only a huge asset to the community, but is also a great place to receive mental health care. They see patients from children to geriatrics and offer several modalities of care. They offer plenty of mental health providers, as well as therapists. Owlbridge is a comprehensive place to receive mental health treatment.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. And the sad part is because it's not the doctors. But the office staff, I don't how many times I've been called the day of my appointment, and they would say an emergency came up or for not scheduling right. Then I called in told them I have to cancel. Because I was having knee surgery. They still had me on the schedule. They did not once again, do their job. And telling me I owe them money. Listen to me, the $75 dollars you took from me for my SSDI hearing, that was not ready for it. You can just keep my $75 for not having my file complete for my SSDI hearing. And stop harassing me for not, doing your job. Thank you !

First of all, I am so glad that I found Lavinda on Google. 🤗I used to see her in 2018 when she was currently going to school to get her psych degree.. I have not seen anyone since I quit going due to a dark time in my life that took almost 3 years of my life back in 2019, but lately I have been going through some things and decided I’m ready to get back on track with my mental health. So I said what the heck, I typed on Google search “Lavinda psych nurse” I was just taking a chance on possibly finding her again. And 💥 BAM! I quickly found her at the top of the page. And the best part is she has opened her own business and it is five minutes from my home and work. Yay, I think it was meant to be. 😊 First visit was yesterday, the office is so nice and such a relaxing atmosphere with huge bean bag chairs and movie theater reclining chairs. I wish I would have took some pics to share. The Front office staff were down to earth and very friendly. Everything went smooth and it was overall a great first impression. Lavinda and her 2 students were GREAT! I totally recommend 💯 percent! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. Thank you Owlbridge 🦉.

This place prescribed multiple meds for my family member ( up to 5 or 6 psychiatric meds) and a serious label on her after 2-3 visits. She ended up with multiple terrible reactions. Would not recommend this group under any circumstance.
