I can confidently say that Chris and Daniel are well above the competition! Great Company and would recommend them to anyone. Quick to reply to any questions or maintenance requests. When my fridge broke, they replaced it. Any other "management company" would have tried to fix it and call it good. Fair on the price.

I've lived in my apartment for around 8 years, no issues with management or other tenants, kept to myself and have been relatively quiet and clean. OverWatch bought our building earlier this year and I just received a notice to vacate just to they can remodel my unit. I'm poor with a cat and living paycheck to paycheck and they are only giving me till the end of the month.
