Got to apply today at the location it was a smooth transition if you apply online and appear for a appointment. Front desk receptionist was so patient helpful, and understanding. Interviewer was precise and surgical.

I don't see where was the friendly staff. Went in there to help my dad, he was unable to use the tablet they had to do his application. When I was there, the receptionist was rude and told me to get out. I understand I couldn't be there but there are ways to say politely to get out and not be rude.
