Jane has provided me with fantastic, timely, accurate CPA services for 15 years. She is willing to answer even the dumbest questions, and has untangled complex issues for me with efficiency. When my tax returns were extra complicated because my wife and I couldn't legally marry, Jane refused to charge me for the extra time she had to spend, eating the cost on principle. We've done our own taxes for years, but due to moving around a few retirement accounts, we felt it would be easier this year to go ahead and pay someone to help us out. My family has done business with the prior owner for years and was also my father-in-laws CPA Mr Cybulski. Contacted the office because I have worked with Jane prior to do some updating text services I needed receptionist Martha was very rude. Stated they were too busy to make an appointment or even speak to me would not recommend anyone to this CPA. After being with this company and then it being sold to O'Shaughnessy this is a great disappointment to see where it's gone. Reason for my contacting was for an error that she had done and I needed corrected. Well now have to pay to write her mistake with another CPA.
