I wanted to share my experience as a potential new client - filling out the online contact form for a complimentary consultation was easy and I heard back the same day! The staff who left me a voicemail was extremely pleasant and kind. Thank you!

To note for other future clients, I was told they don't work with *new* business owners. I definitely showed my hand, but I'm glad because I do need a team who will be willing to teach me the ropes as we prepare my taxes. I am set up for YOY growth on my end, and I will find the right accountant to work with me.

My guess is - Orchard will probably change this policy in the future - as we all know the online business entrepreneurs is a fast-growing emerging business. Demands for accounts like Orchard, that say that online entrepreneurs are their forte - is only going to increase. There is an incredible business opportunity to offer teaching and guidance packages/services to *new* entrepreneurs for any accountant team. As an online teacher with business/marketing background - I feel pretty confident about that prediction. 🙂

Long history with this group starting with Joe Yeager, the Readon Kolbe, Sackovits (RKS) team then on to Ron with Orchard, and now Teresa. Always the best attention to the spirit of helping customers navigate the ever changing tax laws,...And, introducing us to a finacial advisor, with the JLSmith group, who helped set us set up with our long term goals and investment strategies. They too, have the same friendly approach to helping customers. Initially getting to know the customers personal lifestyle, then matching the finacial needs based on mutual understanding.
