The Assistant branch manger of the Lake Forest branch María Nava is rude and demeaning. I have been a member of OCCU for over 15 years and have never been treated so poorly!!!! Do NOT go to this branch. The Mission Viejo branch knows how to treat their customers.

I recently was a victim of fraud with online purchasing. I followed a safe purchasing process so eventually I was reimbursed from the receiving bank, but I use OCCU and I tried to contact them immediately. Their phone support kept telling me that in order to help me with the fraud, they had to charge me money and it probably wouldn't help. I informed them that it was a matter of fraud and they said it didn't matter. If I wanted their help, I had to pay $23. Instead of allowing my bank to screw me like this, I just decided to wait for the receiving bank to get things figured out. It does show how backwards things are at OCCU where in order to help with a case of fraud, they first ask for money. It's pathetic how you treat members sometimes. I'm embarrassed for you.
