I've been a member for more tham 10 years, and its been way better than BofA, Chase, wells fargo. Even my kids and other family members became members, I recently fince my can loan with them and it was super great, with a apr of 4 7!!!!!I do want to thank Mrs Najera for all her help and advice. With all this help Ill be a Member for life and continue asking friends and family to become members..

I really wanted to rate this place a 5 because the customer service is phenomenal but I also want to rate it a 3 because why why why is their ATM outside ALWAYS unable to perform basic functions after business hours? I find myself having to go to the Santa Ana branch just to use an ATM that's right around the corner from me. I have it a 4 because of the customer service but this ATM never fails to screw up my day.
