I found that the car loan I had from 20+ years ago still showed a lien on it. I called to see what needed to be done in order to clear it. Fortunately I was connected to Malinda H. She was an absolute jewel and got everything cleared up in just a few minutes. She was personable, knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. I used to be a Regional Customer Service Manager so I can appreciate when I deal with someone who absolutely knows what customer service means. I had the pleasure of reaching Oy who assisted me with a credit card payment that was duplicated. She was so very pleasant and patient in looking into all the avenues to remedy the situation, and answer all my questions regarding my options.
