My sister and brother in-law recently passed away and named me as their executor. Since I live in Southern California, performing my executor responsibilities required frequent trips to Arizona. One of these trips involved me locating and securing their finances from both a large Arizona Bank, and also from OneAZ CU. The bank treated me like I was a criminal trying to steal their funds, and were not at all helpful or compassionate. Even though I had all the needed documentation proving who I was and my executor role assignment, they just could not be made to understand why I needed the funds, and placed multiple roadblocks trying to prevent me from securing the funds from their institution. Ivan and the other Member Service Representatives at One AZ CU Oro Valley Branch on the other hand were all extremely compassionate, exhibited great integrity, and treated me with respect and dignity! They all made the process of closing out the accounts as painless as possible. They even went out of their way to provide me with 4 years' worth of account statements that I requested for supporting my discovery and accounting needs. I would like to offer my sincere gratitude to Ivan and the other staff at One AZ CU for treating me the way that they did! I highly recommend anyone needing to enter into a relationship with a financial institution to stay away from any bank unless absolutely necessary and become a member of the OneAZ CU Community! You won't regret it, there is no comparison to the pains of dealing with a bank, and the pleasure of dealing with a people/member-oriented Credit Union!

I've been a member for a few years now. I usually go to the Oro Valley, 1sr &Oracle rd. As soon that I walk in, senior teller Aubree Woznicki greets me and calls me over to help me with my banking needs. Aubrey always has a smile and demonstrates knowledge, excellent skills and excellent customer service. I haven't changed banks because it's hard to find wonderful people like Aubree Woznicki. Awesome customer service from EVERYONE….Jodi, Aubree, Ariana and Konstantin. Always friendly, professional, and helpful. One added bonus of doing banking with OneAZ Oro Valley is they actually take a personal interest in our lives. For instance, we needed a Cashier’s Check for the purchase of a new vehicle and they shared in our excitement by asking questions. Gotta love that. Great job to that whole team!!

Aubree Is absolutely wonderful. Always extremely helpful, sweet, attentive & is just an overall pleasure to engage with. My trips to the branch are pretty infrequent - usually only once every few months. And yet somehow Aubree always seems to remember me by name.

My experience as a customer with OneAZ over the years has been nothing but positive. And she’s played a big role in helping shape that perception.
