My wife & I have lived at One10 Harris apartments since May 2019. We very much enjoy living there. The location is very convenient, a 5 min. walk to Whole Foods, City Market, restaurants, & Aspen bus stop. The units are quite, well-designed ,have underground parking & the property management firm is excellent. We have found everyone to be very friendly . I highly recommend the apartments to anyone.

I would like to compliment the Romero Group at One10 Harris street and specifically Matt Ciminelli! In working with Matt, I found him to be very honest and having our best interest at hand. Matt went above and beyond in helping us with an issue we had, finding a solution acceptable to all. I feel the owners of this building and unit owners are fortunate to have someone like Matt representing them!

I didn’t have hot water for a month and a half despite opening several maintenance tickets and the property manager is rude.

-I just want to clarify based on the owner's response that I worded my initial review poorly and the maintenance team is wonderful and kind, and they did indeed respond to our several tickets in a timely manner. It's not their fault that we didn't have hot water for a month and a half... and the purpose of this review isn't to give the maintenance team a hard time as they definitely did their best - it's to let future tenants know that I did not have hot water for a month and a half - and despite opening several tickets, I had to shower in my sink for a month and a half while paying a ridiculous amount of money for rent.

Great place to live in the Roaring Fork Valley! It’s conveniently located and walkable/accessible to bike trails etc. The staff & maintenance crew are on it and very responsive! I would highly recommend living here!
