Outstanding Service at Olokai Maui

I recently visited the Olokai Maui Retail Store and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The store itself is beautifully designed and showcases the brand's craftsmanship perfectly.

However, what truly made my visit exceptional was the service I received from Andrea. This is why I always go to this store when on Island. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, patiently answered all my questions, and offered personalized recommendations. This shop was just right in every way!!
I bought some slippers here the first day of Kaanapali vacation. .
The shoes were fine but I had a previous blister problem to work on so I took the slippers back.

I was curious about all the fun sneakers and Andrea brought me several styles until I found the perfect pair!!
Never had so many Olukais to try!!
Plus….
Andrea had the Bibbidi bobbidi boo magic and we had fun too.
She also sold my husband some excellent slippers!

Been to Olukai ( in Shops @ Wailea ) multiple times, amazing service, super clean & modern interior.

For the first time today my husband & I go to the one at Whales Village. It is unbelievably terrible, we stood there looking at the shop assistant for a while, while people went in and left, and we were completely ignored. Out of disbelief of what is going on we just left laughing because that was honestly just shocking.

Please hire new shop assistants or train them to attend to the customers who first come in in order.
