For the past five months since I purchased my rental property, I have had the absolute pleasure in working with Nichell at Ohio Turnkey. From day one, Nichell was excellent in assisting me with my onboarding process for my rental property which lead to very little to no questions on my side. Recently we were seeking to invest in some real estate in Ohio and began our search for a turnkey real estate investment company, as well as a property management team, to help us pursuit and achieve our goals. Ohio Turnkey (OTK) came up as one of the top contenders because we liked what we read in the reviews, what they stood for on their website and the great video content they had on YouTube. As promised every time. The exact rent amounts, the limited maintenance costs (Probably because of stellar repairs before they even sell) quality tenants, and purchase price below area comps.
