I was very pleased to have this office file my tax returns. We had a very complicated return in 2018. The office staff was very helpful, friendly, but most of all, very knowledgeable, and took a lot of time with my husband and I. Thank you so much, especially Jennifer. I have called with questions through the year and she was so kind to return my calls quickly and was knowledgeable enough to figure out a letter we had received, among other issues. I actually enjoyed getting my taxes done. Will be using her from now on. 😊🥳

If it was possible to give zero stars I would,but in order to post this I have to give atleast 1 star.I do not recommend this office for tax preparation when filing RITA taxes if one of the spouses are disabled. The preparers were apparently not trained correctly on the fact that if one spouse is disabled,they are not required to pay RITA taxes and per the RITA office,the disabled spouse should never even be listed on the return even if federal and state are filed jointly. The office was contacted today to advise them of their error and hopefully they actually go and get correct training on this and we were not just given "a line of bull". We will never use this office again but we also do not want them messing up on other's returns. My husband is a disabled vet and this should have never happened due to anyone who is disabled is not required to even file. We now have to pay because the damage was already done.
