Kevin was very knowledgeable and walked us through all of our options. He is very responsive when you have any questions and we were able to do everything over the phone and email instead of going to his office. Kevin shows that he really cares about protecting us and making sure we get the best coverage for the best price. I inquired about switching over to Erie Insurance from GEICO for auto insurance back in September ‘22 and Kevin O’Brien had gotten back to me very soon after. Kevin explained everything I needed to know about switching not only my auto insurance, but my homeowners and umbrella policies as well.

We reached out to Kevin for a home insurance quote on our recent home purchase. Kevin is an outstanding agent. I have personally known Kevin longer than he has been an agent. (haha!) When we were shopping for new insurance my husband and I did not hesitate to contact Kevin first. He really listened to us and what our needs were.
