I haven’t had hot water or heat in DAYS this has happened countless times this winter. It’s like actual torture in dead winter. Still not fixed. Would love at-least a lukewarm shower. Its inhumane. Would love to sleep in warmth instead of feeling like I’m basically on the sidewalk.

I live in one of the buildings. The Super does a great job but the management team are super rude! They do not respond to emails and are very unprofessional. Please think again before signing a lease with this management company before you regret it! They have so many negative reviews for a reason.

This management company has no regard for its tenants. They are unhelpful and unresponsive. We have dealt with ceiling leaks and peeling paint for months, while other tenants in the building deal with much worse issues. The city investigator has been called here multiple times. The building is not well maintained. It is dirty and smells bad.

This company's management is a new level of incompetence and neglect that verges on cruelty. From rain pouring in from the ceiling to black mold, broken front door locks, cockroaches, mice, and over month long delays in communication, you can expect nothing from Kristen, Lenette, or Fredo. After three years of dealing with their shenanigans, I am writing this review because I feel so strongly that they should not be responsible for providing housing to people.

Incompetent management. They never respond to emails. You have to call 311 and the city before they resolve any maintenance issues. They have a poor rating for reason. If you want to rent and live in peace do not rent with this management!
