I am glad that Chris took over our closing she was professional and understood her work. The 3 is for the fact that Chris had to take over the closing. Our initial closing agent was non communicative and because of that she was going to delay our closing by a month. When we asked various questions, she was full of excuses. I in hindsight would have chosen a different agency. I am sure it would have been smoother process.

I had several phone contacts with NW title. I called them back several times with questions & they willing spent time with me . ( My first closing ). They communicated during the process well. During the closing Matt went over with me every thing in the contract . He was very efficient. I would use them again.

This was the easiest closing we've ever done. Because of COVID 19, we were able to sign all of our paperwork outside, which we appreciated. When that was completed, it was reviewed (in the parking lot), and that was it. The entire process took about 40 minutes. Very efficient.
